Any bright white marks or spots are reflections from the lighting used when taking the photographs.

A 12½ inch (32cm) Charger or Wall Plate from Crown Ducal in the 4491 Tudor Rose pattern designed by Charlotte Rhead. The base carries the Crown Ducal AGR2 backstamp dating this piece to between 1935 and 1938. Also present is the facsimile CRHEAD signature with the tube-liners mark of Rose Dickenson. Rose was one of the most experienced tube-liners who worked with Charlotte for most of her time at Richardsons.

The charger is in good condition with no wear to the paint or tubelining. There are no chips or cracks however there is a small glaze pop that would have occurred during the firing process. This can bee seen in the 6 o'clock position on the main photograph.
