A stunning Clarice Cliff Autumn Crocus Sugar Sifter in the rare Bonjour shape. Much rarer than the conical sifter, this one also comes with the correct red tin-covered cork stopper. As is often found with Bonjour pattern cruets and sifters, this one is unmarked to the base; there is insufficient room to apply the backstanp.
Painted in strong colours with large crocus flowers indicating an early piece it stands approximately 5 inches tall. No chips, cracks or crazing and just a few very small scratches to the enamel.
