Clarice Cliff 'Havre' shape bowl decorated with the Secrets pattern. This piece dating to 1933, is fully marked to the base with the Fantasque Hand Painted Bizarre by Clarice Cliff and Newport Pottery Made in England backstamps, and is an unusual find.
As is often the case with Clarice Cliff pieces of this age, there are a number of minor paint blemishes ranging from pinhead spots to small scratches on the painted bands of this bowl, and some imperfections to the glaze on the inner.
