An imposing T2504 Large Rectangular Shoulder Vase in what is commonly called the 'Traffic Light' pattern decorated by Louise Jinks, who worked at the Newlyn pottery between 1976 and 1981, and was the Senior Decorator from 1979. The vase is fully marked to the base with her initials and her standard hand-written Troika mark.
The vase is of the rough matt stone form decorated in an earth brown ground with highlights in blue, brown and moss green with a dark blue shoulder in gloss glaze. Internally the vase is glazed in white gloss as is standard with Troika pottery.
Standing an impressive 32cm (12½ inches) tall and 11.5cm (4½ inches) square, the base carries the LJ monogram for Louise Jinks. Vase is in perfect condition and is guaranteed free from damage or restoration.
