A T3004 Medium Wheel Vase decorated by Alison Brigden in a typical Aztec design. Alison worked for Troika from 1976 to 1983 and was the senior decorator between 1981 and 1983 after taking over the role from Louise Jinks on her departure in 1981.
The vase is approximately 16.5cm (6½") diameter and is about 4.5cm (1¾") wide. It is decorated in matt stone glaze in muted tones of brown, cream and green with areas of the pattern picked out in petrol blue. The base carries the hand-written Troika Cornwall mark and the monogram AB for Alison Brigden.
A beautiful vase in lovely condition with no chips or cracks evident.
