An beautiful William Moorcroft dish/charger decorated with the popular Pomegranate design on a mottled blue/green ground. Dating to 1928, the charger has William's hand painted initials alongside the Moorcroft factory impressed facsimile signature mark and royal warrant 'Potter to HM the Queen'.
Charger is 22cm (8¾") in diameter and stands 3cm (1¼") and has a few manufacturing blemishes and a couple of areas which we suspect have been lightly restored. The plate also has a slight warp to it. The price reflects these defects, however it is a beautiful piece and displays extremely well.
